March 2009 marks Soulive’s 10th Anniversary – ten years since Eric Krasno, Alan Evans and his brother Neal Evans got together for the first time at a home studio just outside of Woodstock, NY and recorded Get Down.
Over the past 10 years, Soulive has covered a lot of ground – musically and literally.

At this stage in their illustrious career, a new album by the East Los Angeles rock band Los Lobos is a highly anticipated event. Since they began as Los Lobos Del Este Los Angeles in 1973, they have evolved into a respected artistic entity searching for themes and topics that are an interpretive pulse of our times.
Using musical molds built on the blues, rockabilly, jazz, Latin and their own Mexican-American heritage, Los Lobos have never beat their fans over the head with politics or agendas. Instead, they subtly challenge them with conscience-raising songs and thought-provoking lyrics. Their latest Hollywood Records release - "The Town and The City" - certainly does that.
The epic "The Town and The City" is told in the first-person, with each song serving as an episodic step in a rough journey that is in your face at times, comforting and nostalgic at others.
Festival Schedule
We have published the initial festival schedule for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, on all three stages some some time slots are still to be announced as we book artists

Green, Green Turf
We also wanted to let everyone know that we have arranged to have the viewing area covered with new turf.

Over the course of more than 20 years and seven studio albums, two live CDs plus a DVD, the subdudes have quietly become one of America’s musical treasures. The group with its roots in New Orleans and Colorado is a living synthesis of American music, a cauldron of sound that mixes meaty grooves, jazzy dynamics, soulful R & B swagger, intricate vocal harmonies, cheeky rock ‘n’ roll attitude and folky social consciousness – not to mention sharp musicianship and ensemble playing. It’s tight enough to be loose, never sl oppy. Their distinctive sound is that of Steve Amedee’s souped-up tambourine, which they used to replace the traditional kick drum. Their decision to forgo conventional rock drumming gives them a unique sound.
In March 1987, John Magnie (vocals, keyboards, accordion) and Tommy Malone (vocals, guitars) started a new band…

Todd Park Mohr (Guitars, Vocals)
Rob Squires (Bass, Vocals)
Brian Nevin (Drums, Vocals)
Jeremy Lawton (Keyboards, Steel Guitars, Vocals)
Big Head Todd and The Monsters’ ninth studio album Rocksteady – due July 20 on the group’s Big Records imprint, distributed by Warner Music Group’s Independent Label Group – finds the veteran Colorado band returning to their DIY roots and forging into surprising musical territory.
Funky, lilting, and melodic, the new collection features founding members Todd Park Mohr (lead vocals and guitars), Rob Squires (bass), and Brian Nevin (drums), with keyboardist, steel guitarist, and backup vocalist Jeremy Lawton, who joined The Monsters in January 2004. Lawton produced and mixed the album.
